Today at 1503 hours we were dispatched to help out our neighbors in Montrose Fire Dept. for a brush fire at the Blue Mountain Sportsmen's Center -Car 2552 (Asst. Chief Outhouse) Utility 161 and UTV Utility 162 responded and assisted along with Verplanck FD and the Westchester County Police Aviation unit which provided water drops. Our units cleared within 2 hours. A quick knockdown and a great job by all.
